  1. Foam roller stretch

Using a foam roller, you can get rid of tight hip flexors.

How to do it?

  • To do foam roller stretch, you will need to lie your face in the down position beneath the foam roller keeping your right hip in the up position.
  • Then you have to place your left leg in one side bending your knee in a 90-degree angle.
  • Place your forearm on the ground and try to lift some body weight from your hip.
  • Then point your toes in the backward position stretching your right leg.
  • You have to move slowly backward and upward position in this way a few times.

2) Kneeling tight hip flexor stretch
 

You can also do kneeling stretch to lose your tight hip flexor.

How to do this?

  • You will need to kneel down on your right knee at first.
  • Then keep your left foot on the floor at 90-degree angle.
  • Then you have to keep your back in a straight position.
  • You have to hold the position for a few seconds and repeat this with your both legs.

So, these are two stretches you can do to get rid of tight hip flexors.
